Cheddar and Bacon Burgers & a Giveaway

Memorial Day marks the unofficial start to summer.  Lazy days are here again, and so is the love of grilling!  Check out one of our favorite burger recipes below, the Cheddar and Bacon burger.  It is delicious!

Ingredients

2 pounds of ground beef

1 clove of garlic, minced

1  cup of sharp cheddar cheese, grated

6 strips of bacon, diced

Salt & Pepper

Directions

Begin by frying the bacon in a skillet.  Lay pieces on a paper towel to drain.

If cooking burgers inside, then leave a little bit of the bacon fat in skillet for cooking burgers.

When bacon is cooled, break it into small pieces.

In a mixing bowl, combine beef, garlic, and salt & pepper.

Take a spoonful of cheese and a few pieces of the bacon and add it to a handful of the burger mix that you created.

Form patties to the size of your liking.
