Makes for a delicious and juicy main entree!
Serving Size: 4 (2 medium sized tenders per person)
Ingredients for Dry Mix
1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
4 tbsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of seasoning salt
2 tsp of black pepper
Please dry ingredients in a large baggie and shake to mix.
Ingredients for Wet Mix
1/2 cup of milk
1/4 cup of Dale’s Marinade Sauce
Soak tenders in wet mixture for at least 30 minutes or overnight is better.
Drop tenders into dry mix baggie and shake vigorously until coated.
Preheat 1/2 inch of oil in skillet preheat until 325 to 350 degrees.
Drop chicken into oil 1 by 1.
Cook until chicken is done and the coating is golden brown on each side.
Drain and serve.
