Passion Salvation’s Tide is Rising

I live in Atlanta, well, VERY close to Atlanta! We live on the southside in a beautiful community without all the traffic that comes with a big urban city.  I consider myself very fortunate to live within driving distance of an amazing city such as Atlanta.  It is beautiful and offers so much for people to do.  From the Fox Theater to Grant Park, this city has it all and that includes a variety of churches to choose from.  Although this not our home church, we love visiting Passion City Church in downtown Atlanta.  This church has an amazing assortment of Christian recording artists that visit regularly to lead worship such as David Crowder or Matt Redman.

A few summers ago I went on my son’s church summer camp to Myrtle Beach.  That is when I met Kristian Stanfill, the worship leader of Passion City Church.  I was completely moved by the worship experience at this summer camp!  I was moved even more by seeing the energy that was sweeping that auditorium as the Passion City Band lead us in an awesome time of worshipping our Savior.  Hands were raised throughout the building and  God was certainly moving among us that week!

I am fortunate that I can experience, in person, the energy that the Passion City Band pours out whenever I want by visiting the church on any given Sunday.  With things like music recording artists leading worship frequently to engaging  in the Passion movement, I was beyond thrilled when given the opportunity to check out the new album  Passion: Salvation’s Tide is Rising.  It is a powerful energy infused worship album that will surely be a favorite for many and you do not have to wait until it’s offical release on January 29.  You can get it right now on iTunes!
