World of Coca Cola Holiday Fun

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at the World of Coca‑Cola in Atlanta, and if you are native to Georgia you know that Christmas goes well with Coca Cola!  The World of Coca-Cola is one of my family’s favorite destinations.  With so much to see and at the World of Coca-Cola, your family will walk away filled with the Christmas spirit!

The home of Coke launches its holiday celebration with lights, signature holiday drinks, photo opps, one-of-a-kind gifts, letters from the Coca‑Cola Polar Bear and so much more.  “The World of Coca‑Cola has become a favorite holiday destination for fans around the world,” said General Manager of Retail and Attractions for the World of Coca‑Cola Russell Jacobs. “Coca‑Cola has always been a special part of Christmas, and we look forward to surprising and delighting our holiday guests with memorable Coca‑Cola moments.”

Trees lit with thousands of lights, giant decorative ornaments and a new contour bottle topiary set the scene outside the World of Coca‑Cola at Pemberton Place, where guests can take and share photos galore.

Visitors are welcomed inside with “happy holidays” in languages from all over the world. Larger-than-life seasonal Coca‑Cola bottles mingle with red ornament trees, and holiday tunes make spirits bright. A special exhibit, “Coca‑Cola Christmas around the World,” displays historic, holiday-themed Coca‑Cola artifacts. “History of the Coca‑Cola Santa” gives guests an inside look at the evolution of the famous St. Nicholas that Coca‑Cola originally commissioned Haddon Sundblom to illustrate in the 1930s.

Spread cheer this season by sending friends and family an invitation to the World of Coca‑Cola directly from the desk of the Coca‑Cola Polar Bear. Beginning today, fans can submit their requests for personalized letters on the World of Coca‑Cola website. Holiday happiness delivered!

Not only is the Coca‑Cola Polar Bear writing letters this holiday season – he’s also posing for photos. Guests can join the friendly 7-foot-tall bear in front of an arctic backdrop custom-made for bear hugs, high fives and other share-worthy moments. Photos can be shared using #WOCCHoliday for a chance to be featured on the attraction’s website or social media channels.

We couldn’t leave Santa out of the photo fun. Step inside a classic Sundblom Santa painting by hopping aboard a big, red sleigh in front of a backdrop featuring St. Nick himself.

Signature seasonal beverages lend an extra splash of cheer to the World of Coca‑Cola during the holidays. Starting the Friday after Thanksgiving, guests are sure to create smiles for family and friends visiting over the holiday. They can taste Gingerbread Coke and Chocolate Cherry Coke at the Sampling Bar in the Taste It! beverage lounge.

Throughout December, Coca‑Cola Freestyle in Taste It! will feature two new mixes: Secret Santa and Mistletoe Flow. Sprite Cranberry Zero is also back by popular demand for a third year, offering a refreshing blend of Sprite with its zero-calorie formula and a splash of sweet and tart cranberry notes. Both Sprite Cranberry and Sprite Cranberry Zero will be available in stores for a limited time this holiday season.
