Netflix features the Gospel of John

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”
John 1:1
The Lumo Project is a new movie series about the Gospels- Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.  “Ensuring that the Gospels are accessible to all, regardless of their language, location, background and upbringing, is the overriding mission of The Lumo Project. This is the first time such an ambitious narration of the Gospels has been undertaken in full, and over time, the vision is to translate the Gospels into every known language.”  Released December 1st on Netflix, this resource “is presented in full with the NIV (New International Version) narrated by David Harewood and the KJV (King James Version) narrated by actor Brian Cox. These, along with the Spanish language ‘Reina Valera 1960’ version, will be launched together on December 1st.”
I had the opportunity to watch this beautiful and stunning movie, The Gospel of John.   As a follower of Jesus I was in awe with this film and how it presented the beauty of Jesus’ life.  I have never experienced a film that was completely based on the Word of the bible. This full-length film about the life of Jesus takes the actual Gospel text, word for word, unedited and immerses you into the life of Jesus.    You will find yourself captivated as the narrator gives an account of His life.  Mesmerizing music sets the scene and draws the viewer in.
Reading and knowing the bible is fundamental for Christians.  Having read the Book and even experienced listening to incredible audio versions, this film is truly unique and something that you should experience.    Go and experience the beauty of Christ’s life through the Lumo Project!
You will not be disappointed!
